The feels have re-set in, knowing I probably won't ever see them live, even though they suck live. This time it looks like it's for good.

When is "No It Isn't, Pt. 2" coming out?

I enjoyed them live.

My cousin saw them right after they got back together, and thought Tom sucked. He saw them later and thought he had improved. So that's where I got my opinion. It just feels weird seeing a band that I've listened to since I was 8, break up for the second time.

3 egos in 1 band is never a recipe for success. While Travis is a mammoth talent, he pushes the tempo way too much. I've never seen a band refuse to come together in their performance as much as them.

It's good to see that Mark and Travis still have the passion for the band, though.

I saw them at DTE Energy Theater in Detroit on the Honda Civic Tour a couple of years ago with My Chemical Romance. I honestly enjoyed the show. Their live show isn't AMAZING, but it's great to actually see them playing, like you said, the songs you've listened to since you were 8.

I can respect your choice in music,

But I throw this up at you, like a chorus in broken dreams.

The Lawrence Arms:

there's always something more real/better in pop punk :-)

Oh I know there are better acts out there, but Blink-182 is what got me into the genre. So many people have memories involving Blink-182. It's the nostalgia with them, that I like. I hardly ever listen to pop/punk anymore, I'm more of a folk/country(not pop country) fan, but I never really get tired of them.

I hope someone punches their signer to death via his voicebox. I don't know who thought sounding like a whiny little bitch was a positive thing.

Thankfully the majority of humanoids have realized what utter shitbird taletless hacks they are by now.

Imma just stick with Travis remixes:

And from what recordings I remember they really did suck live.

Hehe, punk got me into alt.country, and more rock based country.

It's a great stepping stone.

The question is are there worse acts out there? Highly doubtful.
